but I read that a jeffries analyst report today said you were right. They thought that they would have other astera products on the Blackwell chips, but in some other areas. But they seemed to confirm your thoughts that it may not be the same as Hopper. We will see. Thanks for sharing this!
Yea this is not the kind of investment I would personally bother with. There are a bunch of hedge fund people subscribed so thought they would enjoy. Several of them privately pinged me so thought it was best to write up something more coherent for everyone.
FWIW, I recently bought more $AVGO, initiated position in $GEV, and $ON. Trading $INTC buy-write for fun with some $AMD put trading on the side. All of my money and attention is occupied at the moment.

I like the trade. I would highlight a few risks though:
1) float's only 21.7M shares, ~14% of the 155.7M shares outstanding
2) short interest is 7.9M shares, ~36% of the float, as of June 28 (don't have more recent data)
could be quite volatile until the lockup expiry of Sept 16, esp if this small cap mean reversion rally continues

Great read, short and to the point. Thanks, I appreciate all your insights.

Mostly CPU-focused and CXL demos lol. No change in opinion on upcoming revenue predictions.
