I’m more concerned about AVGO VMWare customer loss, don’t you think if sufficiently pissed customers will take the opportunity to begin working towards alternatives? Been reading that competitors have seen substantially increased interest/sales in the wake of the acquisition
The alternatives are Microsoft HyperV and Nutanix. There has been some customer loss, but it is much more difficult than people think. Hock Tan is milking this SaaS thing aggressively. Some customer loss expected and it's fine.
Lol, with Apple developing their own modems and Intel showing with Lunar Lake that x86 can more efficient than ARM, that's don't look good for Qualcomm. But still Qualcomm has the 2nd fastest ARM cpu cores after Apple, Qualcomm can try their luck in datacenter cpu market but competition is still tough there

Can please explain more about this? Apple internal modem share will decay from 100% in 2024 to 60%/20%/0% in 2025/2026/2027."
Why Apple's internal modem share will decrease?
Sorry this was an error. Thank you for pointing it out. I have edited it to "Qualcomm’s iPhone modem share" decaying.
So, Apple has successfully developed their modems??

Yes. Ming-Chi is very reliable for Apple supply-chain rumors.
