Unrelated to this, Intel had really cool tech for this kind of application - Optane. Unfortunately, they discontinued working on it a few years ago and shut it down - great timing 😜.

What about having some SRAM on the NAND side to smooth out the granularity? Probably would work for most accesses.
what do yo think about Memory suppliers saying that memory supply demand will be balanced for 2H25?
