Waiting for “that’s why I am 30% LONG $DRAM -30% SHORT QCOM FOR GROSS EXPOSURE $800,000 GOOD LUCK TO CLOWN CRISTIANO 🤡 I WILL BE IN VALHALLA” but the thrifty battery replacement suggestion will be one I remember if I switch to android, thank you irrational analyst 🙏

Couldn’t the same 4 points be said about PCs and PC makers? Maybe the point about Apple being out for blood might not be that relevant since people buy Windows pcs for gaming and niche software compatibility. Let me know if I am missing something or if anyone has some thoughts.

Long DRAM? Not very excited about MU, but I’ll take it I guess to get exposure to the other 2 🤷‍♂️

That’s the setup people miss. Demand models break when they assume customer behavior stays static while economics change. The consumer adjusts before the spreadsheet does.

Or they don't ;) - phones are so important nowadays. They also might just pay 100$ or so more now for their phones...

PS: I also missed a conclusion :D

Essential does not mean unlimited pricing power.

Consumers do pay up—until they don’t.

The mistake is assuming necessity removes elasticity instead of just delaying it.

super consensus trade.. xiaomi, transsion both crapped out. Qcom too. MTK stands out like a sore thumb - AI FTW for now, until maybe people realize how bad the mobile is.

Pro tip instead of heat gun or hair dryer since you're an engineer you might have a 3D printer. Use the 3D Printer bed at 80C! Controlled heat!
